Should you wish to check out late we offer this as an extended stay option. Each extended stay option adds 6 hours to your rental period. This changes your check out time to 5pm. Selecting this option is a “request” not a confirmation. Confirmation will be provided 24 hours prior to your departure so long as the house has not been booked for the night of your departure. Should the extended day not be available you will receive a refund.
